Highlights
The theme of the HKIE Structural Division Annual Seminar 2024 is “Resilient Structures for Extreme Events”. We are privileged to have Dr. CHAN Pak Wai, JP, Director of the HK Observatory, as our Guest of Honor. The Annual Seminar aims to bring together local and overseas prominent academia and eminent engineers from both the public and private sectors to share their insights, experience and ideas of modernized methods of design and construction, innovative applications uncovered from recent researches, leading to modernization and delving in modularization in structural engineering and construction.

The Annual Seminar will be held via both online platform and live mode. Subject to the social distancing arrangement of the venue, number of live mode registration will be limited and be confirmed at the time closer to the event date.
